Minutes
1. CALL TO ORDER: Chair Renee Lynn Johnson Kotlarz called the meeting to order.
Members Present: Gary Forcier, and LouAnn Holmquist. Staff Present: Jean Ward and Judy
Flemming.
2. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES OF THE REGULAR BOARD MEETING ON MARCH 21, 2017
Gary Forcier moved to approve the Minutes of the regular board meeting as written. LouAnn
Holmquist seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
3. FINANCIAL REPORTS
a. LouAnn Holmquist moved to approve City Center General Fund payments of $18,275.99
for checks 8832 to 8840. Gary Forcier seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
b. LouAnn Holmquist moved to approve City Center March 31, 2017 Financial Reports.
Gary Forcier seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
c. LouAnn Holmquist moved to approve Park Towers Operating Account payments of
$86,287.27 for checks 13921 to 13946. Gary Forcier seconded and the motion carried
unanimously.
d. Gary Forcier moved to approve Park Towers February 28, 2017 Financial Reports.
LouAnn Holmquist seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
4. PARK TOWERS UPDATE
a. Occupancy Report — 99% occupied; 1 unit being renovated.
b. Jean Ward reviewed with the Board the Park Towers' April Newsletter.
c. Jean updated the Board on the laundry room fire renovation. Fire Chief Mike Schumann
will be doing a Smoke Test in the laundry room.
d. Jean reviewed the 2017 Park Towers Work Plan with the Board.
S. DOWNTOWN SCDP RENTAL REHAB PROGRAM
Judy Flemming updated the Board on the Downtown Rental Rehab Program.
6. SET HRA AUDITORS REPORT FOR MAY 16, 2017 BOARD MEETING
Jean reviewed with the Board the audit process with the new auditors. LouAnn Holmquist
moved to set the HRA Auditors report for the May 16, 2017 Board Meeting. Gary Forcier
seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
7. 2017 QUARTERLY HUTCHINSON FORECLOSURE REPORT

8. OTHER COMMUNICATIONS
a. Jean reviewed with the Board the PHADA article on Public Housing decrease of 2017
Operating Subsidy.
b. FYI: Century Court potential townhouse rental project expansion

c. Jean told the Board that the City Attorney and Legal Aid are now involved in the Park
Towers resident's Termination of Lease.
9. ADJOURNMENT
Gary Forcier mowed to adjourn and LouAnn Holmquist seconded. There being no other
business, Chair Renee Lynn Johnson Kotlarz declared the meeting adjourned.
