in compliance with the 1962 Zoning Ordinance and favorable recommen-
dation of Planning Commission.

Issuance and Sale of $4,500,000 Light and Power Plant Revenue
Bonds of 1976, and Accepting Bid on Sale of Said Bonds and Fixing
the Interest Rate Thereon.
