The entire meeting was reserved for
Tree Ordinance Review
The board discussed at length the final draft of the revised tree
ordinance and made a few changes. The next step is to decide if
incorporation of the soil amendment requirement for developers will
be included in the new ordinance.
Soil Amendment Requirement for Developers
The board agreed that the soil amendment rerquirement should
be enacted. After a few revisions the final draft was made ready for
the city attorney to review.
The board will then present it to the planning commission for their
approval. See attached copy of requirements.
