9th Avenue Northeast Tree Removal Request
Schnobrich gave a power point presentation on the Wh Ave Tree removal Petition request by showing pictures of the existing trees
on 9t'Ave NE and describing what the area residents were referring to when they petitioned the city to have the trees removed.
The pictures showed about 26 Green Ash trees which the residents say are declining in health and dropping limbs more and more
as times progresses. Schnobrich gave the pro's and con's of having all the trees removed [see attached]. After reviewing the
options and further discussion of the issues,the Board decided that an opportunity to let the areas speak would be in order.
The Tree Board then decided to hold a public forum on the issue and invite all concerned residents to attend a meeting to discus
the topic further.
They instructed Schnobrich to set a date prior to Thanksgiving and to contact all area residents to attend to voice their opinions
on the matter.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:50 PM
