Meeting began at 5:05 p.m. There was a quorum of members present.

a) Private tree condemnation discussion. Bahe introduced the topic with a brief history on the topic.
Bahe said that the question of whether or not we should be condemning private nuisance trees that do
not threaten the public right of way had come up at a couple previous meetings. Bahe also stated that
he received regular calls for this type of assistance.
