Olson had contacted him to see if he'd be interested in serving another term. Joel often has to miss meetings because of work, so he felt it would be better if someone else were selected who could attend meetings more regularly. Olson was directed to email airport contacts to see if someone would be willing to serve. 3. Hangars No significant changes. Review of existing hangars will be provided upon completion of construction. 4. Finance/Budget — a) Airport financial statements —Olson reported that as of the end of September 2015, 61.3% budget had been expended when 75.0% of year had expired. 5. Operational Issues (Open Proiects) a) ASI Jet (Temporary Office) — Olson reported that ASI had approached City staff regarding installation of a temporary office trailer at the site of the former Parker residence. ASI has had a 200 amp service brought to the site. The City removed two trees that could have potentially been a problem for the trailer. Left over gravel from paving project was used to further prepare the area for the trailer. Water and sewer services from the Parker residence were already in place and can be used. The trailer was anticipated to be delivered on October 30, but apparently there are some hold up from the building inspector, who wanted further clarification on the project. 2014/2015 AIP Project Update (Runway, taxiway, apron rehab) — Phase I is completed and Phase II has been paved and most of the electrical work is done. Final steps in the project will be grading & shaping the shoulders, finishing the electrical work, and striping. Jason Malecha, Bolton-Menk, was present to discuss the substantial completion schedule, which is anticipated by October 30. 6. Other Discussions & New Business a) Other discussions/new business: Olson reported he had received a quote through the IT Department for a projector.
