a. Update: One City Revolving Loan project is under construction. Two City Deferred Grant
applicants are income eligible and are being inspected -funding source TIF.
b. Consideration of revising approval of the Stone Rehab Loan so that the Revolving SCDP funding
(approved at the September 15, 2015 Board meeting) and/or TIF funds can be used for the Stone
City Home Improvement Loan Program contingent to the Loan Review Committee's approval.
6. CITY DOWNTOWN RENTAL REHAB PROGRAM
Consideration of Approving SCDP Rental Rehab Loan #2 — Second Avenue Properties contingent to
Loan Review Committee's approval.
