BID OPENING
TUESDAY, MARCH 19, 1991
City Administrator Gary D. Plotz called the bid opening to order at
2:30 P.M. Also present were Finance Director Kenneth B. Merrill,
Financial Advisor Bill Fahey of Ehlers & Associates, and Adminis-
trative Secretary Marilyn Swanson.
The following bids were opened:
