The meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m. in the City Council chambers
by City Administrator Gary Plotz. Present were Mr. Plotz, Finance Director
Ken Merrill, and Personnel Coordinator Hazel Sitz.
Mr. Plotz read the advertisement for bids for employee dental insurance. Bids
