BID OPENING
FRIDAY, MARCH 25, 1988
City Administrator Gary D. Plotz called the bid opening to order at 2:00 P.M.
Also present were Assistant Engineer Cal Rice and Administrative Secretary
Marilyn Swanson.
The reading of Publication No. 3814, Invitation for Bids, Letting No. 8, Project
No. 88-19, was dispensed with. The following bids were opened and read:

Hutchinson, MN $63,396.85
Rickert Excavating
Brownton, MN 66,966.00
Moliter Excavating
St. Cloud, MN 68,094.90
S & L Excavating
St. Cloud, MN 91,201.21
The bids were referred to the City Engineer for review and a recommendation.
