The streets are dust coated. ;nater and Sewer. Zoned R-1 I wish to close by making a comment regarding Ordinance No. 245, Zoning Regulations, in relation to Sites C, D & E. These sites are currently zoned as R-2 and I would recommend that the amity Council consider amending the zoning to B-3. Basis for opinion is as follows: 1. There are ample sites available for (R-2) multiple dwellings. At present it appears also that there is sufficient rental housing units available. 2. These sites are in a old neighborhood where properties are not well maintained and this would tend to reduce values and appeal for new dwelling structures. 3. Area already contains business establishments and B-3 zoning would blend in properly. 4 1MV1111SON SAPEM CINMICIL Iular mee rlie 1 d on F,:;:i'( -i 1he ei,lf-inj of tht. , '.'CL,.-ncil was r nson. 22, 1-1-1`65, at 12.
