Special Meeting
November 28, 1967.
A special meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was held
at four o'clock P. M. on November 28, 1967 at the Billing Office.
All Commissioners were present; also Supt. Kuiken.
Commissioner Filk moved that the Commission call for bids for the
purchase of a van truck, based on the specifications prepared by the
Superintendent, and that notice of the call for bids be published in
the Hutchinson Leader on Wednesday, December 6, 1967 and Wednesday,
December 13th,1967, and that said notice provide that bids will be
received to December 18th., 1967 at four P. M. and opened by the Commission
on December 18th, 1967 at four P. M.
Commissioner Tracy seconded the motion, and upon vote being taken all
members voted in favor thereof and no one voted in opposition thereto,
and said motion was declared unanimously adopted.
There being no further ,usiness, motion was made by Commissioner Filk
and seconded by Commissioner Tracy to adjourn the meeting. Motion was
unanimously carried.

Regular Meeting.
December 11, 1967.
The regular meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was held at
the Hutchinson Utilities Billing Office on the 11th day of December,
1967 at four o'clock P. M.
All Commissioners were present; also Supt. Kuiken.
The meeting was called to order by the Vice President as President
wade was unable to attend the first part of the meeting.
Minutes of the regular and special meeting were read and approved
as read.

A special meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was held
on December 18, 1967 at four o'clock.
All Commissioners were present.
Bids were received and opened for a van type truck:
Moehring Motors $22295.00
Myron Wigen Chevrolet Company 2,126.64
Motion was made by Commissioner Filk and seconded by Commissioner
Tracy to accept the lower bid belonging to Myron Wigen Chevrolet
Company. Motion was unanimously carried.
There being no further business, motion was made by Commissioner
Filk and seconded by Commissioner Tracy to adjourn the meeting.
Motion was unanimously carried.
