03-13-1967 HUCM1 1 1 Regular Meeting March 13,1967 134. The regular meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was held at the Hutchinson Utilities Billing Office on the 13th day of March, 1967 at four o'clock P. M. All Commissioners were present; also Supt. Orville Kui'en. The meeting was called to order by the President and the minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as read. Motion was made by Commissioner Tracy and seconded by Commissioner Filk to invest $10,000.00 in Banks for Cooperatives(Interest 4.50%) Motion was unanimously carried. Resolved that, in accordance with the recommendations of the Superintendent, and after investigation and consideration, the following accounts owing by customers of the Utilities Commission be charged off as uncollectable and as bad debts and that the same be written off as of March 31, 1967, out of the current earnings of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission: Mrs. Carl Grangruth $33.29 4 -448 Richard Klika 49.96 6 -238 Milan Zdrazil 24.59 21 -10.A The following bids for pipe were received and opened: A. Y. McDonald Mfg. Company Crane & Ordway Company Central Supply Company $8,801.00 8,819.00 8,610.15 Motion was made by Commissioner Tracy and seconded by Commissioner Filk to award the bid to the lowest bidder, that being the bid belonging to Central Supply Company.
