Special Meeting.
A special meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was held
on January 24, 1967 at the Hutchinson Utilities Billing Office at
5:00 P. M.
All Commissioners were present; also Secretary R. E. Young.

Motion was made by Commissioner Tracy and seconded by Commissioner
Filk to allow the following increase in payroll: (effective January 1,
1967.)
Orville Kuiken ---- - - - - -- $45.00
Motion was unanimously carried.
There being no further business, motion was made by Commissioner
Filk and seconded by Commissioner Tracy that the meeting be
adjourned. Motion was uannimously carried.

Special Meeting.
A, special meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was held
on February 2, 1967 at the Hutchinson Utilities Billing Office at
3 :00 P. M.
All Commissioners were present; also Secretary R. E. Young.
Motion was made by Commissioner Filk and seconded by Commissioner Tracy
that the President appoint a committee(composed of Supt. Kuiken,
Commissioner Filk and Commissioner Tracy) to look at different
tractors and determine which would be suitable for the Natural Gas
Division. Authorization was given to the committee to purchase
a tractor if approved by them. Motion was uananimously carried.
Motion was made by Commissioner Tracy and seconded by Commissioner
Filk to ad journ the meeting. Motion was unanimously carried.
