There being no further business, motion was made by Commission
Filk and seconded by Commissioner Tracy that the meeting be
adjourned. Motion was unanimously carried.

Special Meeting
January 20, 1967.
A special meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was held
on January 20, 1967 at the Billing Office.
All Commissioners were present; also Supt. Kuiken and Secretary R.
E. Young.
Upon the recommendation made by Supt. Kuiken, motion was made by
Commissioner Filk and seconded by Commissioner Tracy to purchase
a used 1965 GMC truck from Moehring Motors for $1300.00 and the
1960 Ford track. GMC to have a 90 day guarantee included. Motion
was unanimously carried.
Motion was made by Commissioner Tracy and seconded by Commissioner
Filk to adjourn the meeting. Motion was unanimously carried.
