Special Meeting.
October 24, 1966.
A special meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was held
on October 24, 1966 in the Billing Office at 4 P. M.
All Commissioners were present; also Supt. Kuiken and Supt. Young.
After considerable discussion regarding a gas contract with Minnesota
Mining & Manufacturing Company, Commissioner Tracy moved and Commissioner
Filk seconded a motion authorizing Supt. Kuiken to discuss a contract
with members of Minnesota Mining & Manufacturing Company. Motion was
unanimously carried.
Motion was made by Commissioner Tracy and seconded by Commissioner Filk
to increase the monthly salary of Ivan Larson and Wayne Schwar "e $25.00
per month, effective October 1, 1966. Motion was unanimously carried.
Motion was made by Commissioner Tracy and seconded by Commissioner Filk
to reinvest the Federal Investment which matures November 1, 1966.
Motion was unanimously carried.
