The Hutchinson Utilities Commission of the City of Hutchinson met at the
Utilities Billing office on January 11., 1965.
All Co-c-ranissioners were present.
Motion was made by Commissioner Quar3e and seconded by Commissioner
Tracy to request an opinion from our attorney., D. 0. Comer., on the
out
legality of extending gas mains of the corporate limits. Motion
