N � o WHEREAS, the Natural Gas Division of the Hutchinson Utilities

Commission cannot provide the f i.rm commitment of gas to such large
industrial users within the contract demand agreement with Nortbern
Natural Gas at the interruptible rate,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Natural Gas
Division of the Hutcl•-inson Utilities Commission establish as a
rate for industrial users of natural gas, that are large enough users
to qualify for the interruptible rate, on the basis of a firm com-
mitment for the first 300 MCF per twenty-four (24) hour period at
the regular established firm user rate and the gas used thereafter
charged at the interruptible rate and subject to the interruptible
regulations. Such rate available only on a contract for full twelve
(12) month usage. Any interruptible user may apply f or the same rate.
Adoption of the foregoing Resolution was moved by
Commissioner Howard P. Quade, seconded by Commis -loner Clinton Tracy
and unanimously carried by the mem:ers of the Commission at a meeting

Motion was ,made by Corffnissioner wade and seconded by Commissioner
Tracy to increase the monthly salary of both. Supt. Kuiken and Ivan
Larson $25.00 per month, effective June 1, 1964. Motion was unanimous-
ly carried.
