REGULAR MEETING
May 7, 1962.
The Hutchinson Utilities Commission of the City of Hutchinson
met at the office of Dr. R. I. Sheppard, President, on May 7, 1962.
All members of the Commission were present.
Motion was made by Commissioner Thompson to rent Mrs. T. A. Thompson's
garage for storage for the sumof $5.00 per month.
Commissioner Kurth seconded the foregoing motion and, upon roll
call, all members of the Commission voted in favor thereof;
whereupon Chairman Sheppard declared the motion duly adopted.
Motion was made by Commissioner Thompson to issue a check in the
amount of $13,874.88; $137.38 representing the Service of Paying
Agent for the period Dec. 1, 1961 to June 1, 1962 and $13,737.50
representing interest Due on Natural Gas Division Revenue Bonds.
Commissioner Kurth seconded the foregoing motion and, upon roll
call, all members of the Commission voted in favor thereof; where-
upon Chairman Sheppard declared the motion duly adopted.
