All members of the Commission were present.
Motion wRs mde by CornIss ioner Thompson to bay and invest
$50,000-00 belonEing to the Natural Gas Division, in the fol-
lowinL, manner:
Invest $24,859.` 5 in Treasury Bills , -
due Oct. 1., 1961, with maturity value of $25,000-00
Tnveslu- y""14,846.00 in Treasury Bills, -
due Nov. 30, 1961, with. maturity value of 15,000-00
Buy y10,000.00 in Natural Gas Division Bonds,
d,,,ie Dec . 1, 1961
Commissioner Kurlul'l seconded the foregoing; motion and., upon
roll call, all mennibers of the Cormiiission voted in favor thereof;
whereupon Chairnian Shej)ard deolared the motion duly adopted.
