The 1'utchi.nson 'Utilities Ccmn.ission of the City of
Hutchinson met at the office of Dr. R. I. Sheppard, Pres-
ident, on 1, °.arch 16, 1961.
All members of the Commission were present.
Yotion was made by Corrarnissioner Thompson to pay the
balance owing to the L. R. YounE- Construction Company,
in the amount of $5,987.30.
Comm:Lssionier Kurth seconded the forez,oin- motion and,
upon roll call, all members of the Commission voted in
favor thereof; whereupon Chairman Sheppard declared the
motion duly adopted.
There beinF,; no further business the meeting was
ad j ourned .
