The Hutchinson Utilities Commission of the City of
Hutchinson, Minnesota, met at the office of Dr. R. I. Sheppard',
President, on September 23, 1960.
All members of the Commission were p" esent.
The following is a County Auditor's Certificate As To
Registration Where No Ad Valorem Tax Levy, to be spread on the
face of the minutes, dated Sept. 23, 1960;

CET�TIFICATE AS TO
COUNTY OF McLEOD REGISTRATION WHERE NO
AD VALOREM TAX LEVY.
I, the undersigned County Auditor of McLeod County, Minn-
esota, hereby certify that a resolution adopted by Hutchinson
Utilities Commission of the City of Hutchinson on August 22,
1960, relating to the issuance and sale of $650,000.00 Gas
Utility Revenue Bonds of the City of Hutchinson in the
amount of $650,000.00 dated September 1, 1960, has been filed
in my office and said obligations have been registered on the
register of obligations in my office.

September, 1960.
