I. Sheppard, on August 13, 1960, with all members present. The matter of accepting bids for gas regulators was considered. Member Thompson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. Member Kurth seconded the foregoing resolution and, upon roll call, all members of the Commission voted in favor thereof. Whereupon the chairman declared said resolution to be unanimously adopted. I, R. W. Dahl, being the duly qualified and acting Secretary of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission, of the City of Hutchinson, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract R E S O L U T I O N BE IT RESOLVED that the bid of Fisher Govenor Company in the sum of $8,627.54 furnishing of gas regulators accord- ing to the plans and specifications be accepted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the president and secretary of Hutchinson Utilities Commission be and they hereby are authorized and directed to execute in the name of the com- mission the contract appearing as a part of the specifica- tions and contract documents. Member Kurth seconded the foregoing resolution and, upon roll call, all members of the Commission voted in favor thereof. Whereupon the chairman declared said resolution to be unanimously adopted. I, R. W. Dahl, being the duly qualified and acting Secretary of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission, of the City of Hutchinson, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a special meeting of the Commission held on .August 13, 1960, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true, and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to the opening of bids for Municipal Natural Gas System and Gas Service Regulators.
