December 31, 1996
All Commissioners were present. Also present were Manager Kadrmas and
Counsel G. Barry Anderson.
President Ward called the special meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.
Manager Kadrmas turned the meeting over to Counsel Anderson.
Counsel Anderson discussed the outstanding amount owing from various
contractors: Deltak; Fishback, a subcontractor of Deltaws; and Gagnon, a
subcontractor of FishbacWs. Counsel Anderson asked for authority in offering up
to $75,000 to settle, and then pursue Jay Bros through their bonding agent. After
further discussion a motion was made by Commissioner Cornell, seconded by
Commissioner Ackland to give Counsel Anderson the authority necessary to settle.
Motion was unanimously carried.
There being no further business, a motion was made by Commissioner Gilmer,
seconded by Commissioner Ackland to adjourn the meeting at 8:33 a.m. Motion
was unanimously carried.
