City Administrator Gary D. Plotz called the bid opening to order at 4:00 p.m. Also present were Director Randy
DeVries, Assistant Director of Public Works John Olson, Earth Tech Engineer Scott Young and Administrative
Secretary Marilyn J. Swanson.
Plotz dispensed with the reading of Publication No. 6178, Advertisement for Bids, Composting Facility- Site
Development and Site Piping.
