(Closed Meeting)
October 8, 1992
Commissioners Lyke, Beatty, Ward and Gilmer were present;
Commissioner Cornell was absent; also present was Counsel
Prochnow.
President Lyke called the meeting to order at 7:10 a.m.
President Lyke turned the meeting over to Counsel Prochnow.
The purpose of the closed meeting was to discuss litigation on
disciplinary action on employee, Brian Rogge. After discussion,
a motion was made by Commissioner Beatty, seconded by Commissioner
Ward to authorize Counsel Prochnow to offer up to $3,000 to
Brian Rogge to settle claim. Motion was unanimously carried.
There being no further business, a motion was made by Commissioner
Beatty, seconded by Commissioner Gilmer to adjourn the meeting
at 7:46 a.m. Motion was unanimously carried.
