Special Meeting
November 15, 1983
Commissioner Daggett and Commissioner Lyke were present, also
present were Mgr. Alexander, Orville Kuiken and Ivan Larson.
Vice President Daggett called the meeting to order at 12:30 p.m.
After reviewing the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC)
regulation stating that flexible rate schedules would be available
to customers who would otherwise use residual fuel oil, Commissioner
Lyke made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Daggett to make agency
or brokerage gas available to Minnesota Mining & Mfg. at an average
cost of no less than $3.94 /MCF nor greater than $3.98 /MCF if and
when available from our supplier. Motion was unanimously carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at
1:15 p.m.
