Commissioner Filk and Commissioner Daggett were present, also
present were Mgr. Alexander, Supt. Homb ach and Ruth Hakel.
President Filk called the meeting to order at 1:15 p.m.
Supt. Homb ach reported he had located ten new cylinders
which are presently in Cooper Energy's stock. A quote of
$22,758 per cylinder was received with an allowance for the
ten used cylinders. Discussion followed and after arriving
at a decision to maintain the Hutchinson Utilities' generating
capability, a motion was made by Commissioner Daggett, seconded
by Commissioner Filk to approve and authorize management to
purchase, at the best price, the equipment needed for unit #7.
Motion was unanimously carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at
2:00 p.m.
