December 9, 1980
All Commissioners were present, also present were Mgr. Alexander
and Counsel Peterson.
The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. by President Filk.
President Filk opened with a general report on the results of
the meeting with Union representatives concerning a new labor
contract. He commented that it was a very fine meeting and
that all points covered were in agreement in principal.
Counsel Peterson then covered the details of the contract. After
contract has been executed, copy will be attached to the minutes.
After discussion concerning the report, a motion was made by
Commissioner Daggett, seconded by Commissioner Tracy directing
Counsel Peterson to finalize the language in the contract and
to set a meeting with the Union as soon as possible. The
motion carried.
The Commission instructed Mgr. Alexander to set a meeting with
staff members relative to their salaries.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at
11:00 a.m.
