February 27, 1980
Commissioner Quade and Commissioner Filk were present, also
present were Mgr. Alexander, Ruth Ra.kel, "Butch" Wentworth
and Ivan Larson.
The meeting was called to order by President Quade at 11:45 a.m.
The purpose of the meeting was to review computations of all
bids.
A motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner
Quade and unanimously carried to accept the cable bid submitted
by General Electric Company in the amount of $52,374.25. (escalated -
calculated amount)
A motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner
Quade and unanimously carried to accept the bid submitted by
Border States Electric Supply for a 1500 KVA transformer in the
amount of $11,000.00
A motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner
Quade and unanimously carried to accept the bid submitted by
I1 & C Supply for a 2500 KVA transformer in the amount of
$13,869.00.
A motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner
Quade and unanimously carried to accept the bid for splices in
the amount of $504.00 from WESCO and to accept the bid for
sectionalizing switches in the amount of $20,000.00 from
Border States Electric Supply.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at
12 :10 p.m. on a motion by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner
Quade and carried.
