Special Meeting
February 14, 1979
All Commissioners were present, also Mgr. Alexander, Ruth
Hakel, "Butch" Wentworth and Clarence Bastle of Border States
Electric Supply Company.
The meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m. by President
Quade.
The purpose of the meeting was to open bids for distribution
material. Bids were received from the following suppliers:

On a motion by Commissioner Tracy, seconded by Commissioner Filk,
the meeting adjourned at 3:00 p.m.
