06-12-1978 HUCMI 1 1 Regular Meeting June 12, 1978 All Commissioners were present, also Mgr. Alexander, Ruth Hakel, Bob Palmquist of Associated Consultants, Counsel Peterson, Bruce Madsen of LP Gas Equipment, Inc., Del Crotteau of Texgas Corporation, Tom Ryan of North Central Public Service Company, and Dick Shipway of Gas Supply, Inc. The meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m. by President Quade. President Quade instructed Secretary Tracy to open the bids on material and labor for two 30,000 gallon propane tanks. The correction being to consider moving employee Gordon Fratzke into a staff position instead of to move. The minutes of the Special Meeting of May 31, 1978, were read and approved as read. 202 A general discussion took place relative to Union negotiations which have been attended by Counsel Peterson, Commissioner Filk, and Mgr. Alexander along with union members and the Union business manager. All points of the Union proposal were discussed. Counsel Peterson was instructed to study certain issues and set up another meeting as soon as possible. No other action was taken. A motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner Tracy that a payment in the amount of $4,272.43 be allowed to Associated Consultants for services rendered. The motion was carried unanimously.
