President Quade opened the meeting at 2 :00 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting was to open bids for material and
labor for Gas Main Extension and Steel Gas Pipe for the
Hutchinson [utilities Commission Natural Gas Division.
President Quade instructed the Secretary to open the bids.
The bids were read and tabulated by Bob Palmguist of Associated
Consultants.

Notice is hereby given that the Hutch-
inson Utilities Commission of the City of
Hutchinson, Hutchinson, Minnesota, here-
inafter referred to as the Owner, will
receive sealed Bids at the Hutchinson
Utilities Office until two o'clock P.M. on
the 23rd day of March, 1978, and will
publicly ,open and read aloud such bids
on the following items:
Furnish materials, for installation by
others, consisting of 5000 LF 6 steel
pipe, 65 LF 10 steel pipe, and 2 - 6"
flexible connectors.
Proposals shall be properly endorsed
and delivered in an envelope marked,
"BID FOR MATERIAL FOR GAS MAIN
EXTENSIONS FOR THE NATURAL GAS
DIVISION, HUTCHINSON, MINNESOTA,
1978," and shall be addressed to: Presi-
dent, Hutchinson Utilities Commission of
the City of Hutchinson, Hutchinson,
Minnesota.
Specifications and Plans are on file at
the Office of Mr. R. H. Alexander, Manager
of Utilities for the City of Hutchinson,
Hutchinson, Minnesota, and Associated
Consultants, Inc., .3131 Fernbrook Lane
North, Minneapolis, >' Minnesota, 55441,
where they are available for examination.
Copies thereof may be obtained from
Associated Consultants, Inc., upon the
payment of Twenty Dollars ($20.00)
per set.

Notice is hereby given that the Hutchin-
son'Utilities Commission of the City of
Hutchinson, Hutchinson, Minnesota, here-
inafter referred to as the Owner, will
receive sealed Bids at the Hutchinson
Utilities Office until 2:00 o'clock P.M.
on the 23rd day of March, 1978, and will
publicly open and read aloud such Bids
on the following items:
Furnish the following coated and
wrapped steel pipe: 10,000 LF 3/4"
Schedule 80, 500 LF 1" Schedule 80,
5,000 LF 2" Schedule 40, and 500 LF
4" Schedule 40.
Each Proposal shall be accompanied
by a Bid Bond, cashier's check, or a certi-
fied check made payable to the Hutchin-
son Utilities Commission of the City of
Hutchinson, Hutchinson, Minnesota in the
amount of five percent (5 %) of the Bid, as
a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into
the proposed Contract and provide a Per-
formance and Maintenance Bond after
his Bid shall have been accepted.
Specifications for pipe and coating are
Available at Hutchinson Utilities Com-
mission, 225 Michigan Street, Hutchinson,
Minnesota, 55350.
The Hutchinson Utilities Commission of
