Special Meeting
February 23, 1978
All Commissioners were present, also Mgr. Alexander, Ruth
Hake1, and Dennis McGill of Thorsen, Campbell, Rolando
& Lehen.
The meeting was called to order at 9:30 a.m. by President
Quade.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the financial
statement of the Hutchinson Utilities. Mr. McGill presented
a detailed explanation answering questions during his
presentation.
Mgr. Alexander discussed specifications for a 61, gas main
extension starting from the regulating station on California
Street to Highway #7 then west to School Road, south to
Roberts Road.
Motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner
Tracy and unanimously carried to advertise for bids. Advertisement
for bids to be published in the Hutchinson Leader on March 10
and March 15. Bids to be opened March 23, 1978, at 2:00 P.N.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 11:45 a.m.
