All Commissioners were present, also Mgr. Alexander,
Ruth Hakel, Dallas Nelson of Litchfield Utilities,
Tell Odenwald of Willmar Utilities and Dick Kirkham
of Minnesota Municipal Utilities Association.
The meeting was called to order at 2 :00 p.m. by President
Quade to discuss future plans of the United Minnesota
Municipal Power Agency.
Dallas Nelson presented a general resume of the plan,
pointing out that the budget has been set for $136,000.00
to be prorated among participating members.
A general discussion took place with President Quade
stating the need of a charter review to determine
the legality of our joining such an agency.
Mr. Nelson expressed the desire on behalf of the Agency
that the Hutchinson Utilities Commission make a decision .
concerning becoming a member within the next 60 days.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned
at 4:15 p.m.
