Special Meeting
December 21, 1977
All Commissioners were present, also Mgr. Alexander.
The meeting was called to order at 9:45 a.m. by President
Quade.
Mgr. Alexander presented information concerning the condition
of the Curtiss - Wright unit which has been down for some time.
Due to the severity of the damage, United Power Association
was consulted as to their need for power this winter. They
indicated favor to doing a complete permanent repair instead
of a temporary repair. After discussion by the Commissioners,
it was felt that the damaged area should be repaired or
replaced on a permanent basis. Mgr. Alexander was instructed
to keep constant contact with Curtiss- Wright to.insure a
permanent repair in the shortest time possible.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned
at 10:30 a.m.
