September 26, 1977
Commissioners Quads and Tracy were present, Commissioner Filk
was absent; also present were Counsel Gilmer, Mgr. Alexander,
and Ruth Hakel.
The meeting was called to order at 11:00 a.m. by President
Quads.
Counsel Gilmer presented legal papers which consumate the
lawsuit brought by Hutchinson Utilities against the Worthington
Corporation et al* as per attached document. After discussion
a motion was made by Commissioner Tracy, seconded by Commissioner
Quads and carried to accept settlement in the amount of
$150,000.00 from the Worthington Corporation and to give
President Quads authority to sign the above mentioned document.
The next regular meeting date has been set for.October 3, 19779
at 2:00 p.m.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned
at 11:30 a.m.
