09-12-1977 HUCMin Regular Meeting September 12, 1977 All Commissioners were present, also Mgr. Alexander and Ruth Hakel. The meeting was called to order at 2 :00 p.m. by President Quade. The minutes of the Regular Meeting of August 9, 1977, were read and approved as read. The minutes of the Special Meeting of August 24, 1977, were read and approved as read. Mgr. Alexander presented some findings on trenchers. After discussion, Mgr. Alexander was instructed to procure more information. Mgr. Alexander presented a rate study prepared by Associated Consultants. It was suggested that the Commissioners study it and then call in Dave Schmidt at a later date to answer any questions on the subject.
