Special Meeting
May 18, 1977
All Commissioners were present, also Mgr. Alexander.
The meeting was called to order at 10:30 a.m. by.President
Quade.
Mgr. Alexander presented and discussed correspondence that
had been received from Oppenheimer et. ale concerning the
Worthington lawsuit. The Commission was in agreement '
concerning the settlement plan and instructed Mgr. Alexander
to send the suggested letter to Mr. Henderson.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at
11 :00 a.m.
