Special Meeting
April 26, 1977
All Commissioners were present, also Mgr. Alexander, Ivan Larson,
Ruth Hakel, Don Swanson and Bob Palmquist.of Associated Consultants.
The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. by President
Quade.
Bob Palmquist of Associated Consultants presented some findings
on vibrations experienced in the Curtiss - Wright power turbine
bearing. The recommendation of the Consultants is to get
permission from Curtiss- Wright to extend more research by
experts in the bearing area.
Mgr. Alexander discussed programs augmented by the City of
Hutchinson concerning insulating buildings and conservation
of gas and electricity.
A motion was made by Commissioner Tracy, seconded by Commissioner
F'ilk to advertise for bids for Furnishing and Delivery of
Material for an Vnderground Duct Bank.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 10:30 a,m.
