All Commissioners were present, also Mgr. Alexander, Ruth Hakel,
Doug Hemer of Oppenheimer, and Counsel Peterson and Gilmer.

The meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m. by President,
Quade.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of March 14, 1977, were
read and approved as read.
The following billing estimates were presented as follows:
Associated Consultants,.Inc. $13,687.88
A motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner
Tracy and carried to pay the amount as presented.
Curtiss - Wright Corp. Est. #6 $23,715.90
A motion was made by Commissioner Tracy, seconded by Commissioner
Filk and carried to pay the amount as presented.
Harold K. Scholz Co. Est. #5 $ 4,5oo.00
Est. #6 $18,900.00
A motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner
Tracy and carried to pay the amount as presented.
Doug Hemer of the Oppenheimer firm reported on the Worthington
case. Lengthly discussion ensued with more research as to
the amount of damages the Hutchinson Utilities actually should
present to the Worthington Corporation.
Mgr. Alexander presented items that the Commission might
consider such as plans for an open house, city insurance,
cooling tower, and the purchase of IBM equipment.
A motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner
Tracy to release Dammann Construction Company from their existing
performance bond.
A motion was made by Commissioner Tracy, seconded by Commissioner
Filk and carried to accept the Bridge Bid as follows:
