03-14-1977 HUCM104 Regular Meeting March 14, 1977 All Commissioners were present, also Mgr. Alexander and Ruth Hakel. The meeting was called to order at 2 :00 p.m. by President Quade. The minutes of the Regular Meeting of February 149 1977, were read and approved as read. The minutes of the Special Meeting of March 3, 1977, were read and approved as read. Ruth Hakel presented and explained a Financial Statement she had developed for the months of January and February. The statements covered both gas and electric. Mgr. Alexander presented some information concerning� the need to have the payroll dates on the 15th and the last day of the month. This program will be considered by the employees" at an up coming meeting. Mgr. Alexander touched on the following subjects: need for more cooling tower capacity -- contracted meter reading new billing dates -- future repair of Units 3, 4 and 7 -- additional oil storage capacity -- breakers at 3M -- available data processing facilities time -- and cleaning oil storage tank at Plant #1.
