Special Meeting
March 39 1977
All Commissioners were present, also Mgr. Alexander, Ruth
Hakel, Counsel Peterson and Gilmer and Charles Carlson.
The meeting was called to order at 10s00a.m. by President
Quade.
A discussion was held concerning fuel rates, etc. Mgr.
Alexander reported the possibility of getting gas again
to use in electrical generation. Mr. Carlson expressed
his thoughts on a public information program thru seminars
and advertising.
Commissioner Filk discussed the meeting that he and Mgr. -
Alexander had with Mr. Henderson of the Worthington
Corporation, Mgr. Alexander reported that he had word
from Mr. Henderson that they would like a little more
time to study the case. It is the-consensus of opinion
by the Commissioners to grant the extension of time.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned
at 11.10 a.m.
