Special Meeting.
A special meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was
held on May 3, 1962 at five otclock in the Commission's
Billing Office.
R. We Dahl, Supt. Young, Commissioner Thompson and President
Sheppard were present.
The meeting was called f cam' the purpose of opening bids sub-
mitted for a cooling tower basin.
Inasmuch as all Commissioners were not present, the meeting was
adjourned to be held on May 4, 1962 at 8s30 AM,

Special Meeting.
A special meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was
held on May 4, 1962 at 8s30 AM at Dr. R•I.Sheppard's office.
Motion was mode by Commissioner Thompson and seconded by Com-
missioner Kurth to award the bid submitted to Miller & Miller,
Hutchinson, Minnesota, in the amount of $21,167.00,' this bid
being the only one submitted. Motion was unanimously carried.
Motion was trade by Commissioner Kurth and seconded by Commis-
sioner Thompson to purchase a new cylinder for the elevator at the
plant at a cost of $175 .00. Motion was unanimously carried.
Motion was made by Commissioner Kurth'and seconded by Commiss-
ioner Thompson to pay estimate #2, $5,760.00, to Melvin gum Hofe
covering the period from April 3, 1962 through May 1, 1962.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
