Special Meeting.

A special meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was
held on the aforesaid date at the office of Dr. R. I.
Sheppard at 7;30 PM.
All Commissioners were present.
Motion was made by Commissioner Kurth and seconded by Com-
missioner Thompson to accept the offer of Buell & Winter Engi-
neering Company to prepare plans arh specifications for an
Electric Service Building, size 1201 x 601,9 at a fee of 62%
of contract price. Motion was unanimously passed.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

Special Meeting.
A special meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was
held on April 18, 1962 at the office of Dr. R. I. Sheppard
at 7 :30 PM.
All Commissioners were present.
Motion was wade by Commissioner Thompson and seconded by Com-
missioner Kurth to set May 3, 1962 (at the Hutchinson Utilities
Comnission's Billing Office at 5 o'clock PM) as the date to
receive bids on the construction of a cooling tower basin.
Motion was unanimously carried.
Motion was made by Commissioner Kurth and seconded by Commissioner
Thompson to call for bids on the mechanical construction in
connection with Nordberg engine installation. Bids to be opened
at the Hutchinson Utilities Commission's Billing Office at
5s00 PM on May 21, 1962. Motion was unanimously carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
