All Commissioners were present. Minutes of the last monthly meeting were read and approved as read. Motion was made by Commissioner Thompson and seconded by Commissioner Kurth to transfer $7, 000.00 from the Municipal Electric Plant funds to the Naga ral Gas Division funds.
