12-07-1959 HUCMX200' 203 December 7, 1959. Monthly Meeting. The regular monthly meeting of the Utilities Commission was held on December 7, 1959 at the office of Dr. R. I. Sheppard. All Commissioners were present. Minutes of the last monthly meeting were read and approved as read. Motion was made and seconded to increase the monthly rate of George Luthens from $245.00 to 255.00 per month. Motion was made and seconded to grant a $25.00 Christmas Bonus to each employee.
