Monthly Meeting.
The regular monthly meeting of the Utilities Commission was held
on November 2, 1959 at the office of Dr. R. I. Sheppard.
All Commissioners were present.
Minutes of the last monthly meeting were read and approved as read.
Motion was made and seconded to increase the hourly rate paid to
Howard Blackwell from $1.25 per hr. to $1.35.
Motion was made and seconded to pay the interest and principal owing
Central National Bank & Trust Company of DesMoines`, Iowa; $70,000.00
being principal and $4,550.00 representing interest.
