S'pe6lal Meeting.
A special meeting of the Light & Power Commission was held on March 24,
1959 at the office of Dr. R. I. Sheppard.
All Commissioners were present; also Supt. Young.
The, meeting was called to act upon the resignation of Elmer Whites
effective as of April 1, 1959.
Motion was made and seconded to accept his resignation and allow
him to sfiop work immediately, with full pay, to enable him to look
for. other employment.
Motion was made and seconded to contribute to the General Fund of
the. City of Hutchinson an amount of $25P000.00.
Motion was also made and seconded to pay $50000.00 on the principal
of .the note owing at the Citizens Bank.
