Special Meeting.
October 15, 1958.
A special meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission
was held on the aforesaid date at the office of Dr. R. I.
Sheppard. All commissioners were present, together with
R. E. Young and Phil Graf.
The present filtration of the lobe oil for units #1 and
#2 is inadequate and the system will have to be supplemented
with additional filering capacity. A lenthy discussion
was held relative to an oil filtering by -pass system for
engines #1 and #2. A study was made regarding the proposals
and prices submitted by the following companies=
Wm. W. Nugent & Company, Inc .
1 Filter Fig. 128OA -4L7 contains seven cartridges
each packed with 7j lbs. of repackable cotton waste.

Further discussion was held in regard to the oil filtering
problem and the order was given to the Duluth Filter Company.
